DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports.
2.Compiles financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and financial/business transactions documents.
3.Analyzes and submits financial information reports detailing assets, liabilities, capitals and return of investments.
4.Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss of statement and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position using accounting devices and software systems.
5.Audits contracts, purchase orders and vouchers. Validates individual financial reports transactions prior to liquidation or settlements.
1.May establish, modify documents and coordinate implementation of accounting process and accounting control procedures.
2.May devise and implement manual or computer system to efficiency of general accounting process.
3.May direct or coordinate activities of other accountants and support staff performing accounting, auditing, and bookkeeping tasks.
