Job description

A Lifestyle Brand in NYC is seeking a savvy and trend-conscious Audience Development Manager to join their team!

In this exciting role, you will build the brand’s audience, driving ticket sales and spreading awareness about upcoming events and shows to community members, influencers, investors, and corporate partners. Your demonstrated success planning and implementing large-scale community outreach and registration campaigns will set you up for success in this integral position with this leading lifestyle firm.

You will:

•Establish ticket registration goals and best practices for implementation
•Identify opportunities in the community to further sales goals
•Develop registration processes and train team members
•Collaborate with Marketing Team to create engaging content for events
•Coordinate high-level speakers and staff for large-scale events
•Manage registration system
•Take on additional projects

Profile

You have:

•    At least 3+ years of audience development and/or sales experience
•    Business savvy and expert negotiation skills
•    Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
•    Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
•    Ability to flawlessly handle multiple competing priorities
