Inspired by our love of experiences we opened L’Appartement in Paris two years ago: a welcoming, living space where you can see and try on the pieces from our collection while enjoying the Parisian lifestyle. We’re ecstatic to be opening L’Appartement in New York this fall, bringing the magic of Paris and Sézane to the Big Apple.

We are looking for new members to join our growing team in the USA. As part of Sezane you will be expected to help develop the brand with enthusiasm, dedication and style. Your job will be to ensure that each client’s experience is exceptional and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the Brand by interacting with clients in their shopping experience at the store.
Maintain a high level of customer service, product knowledge and basic operational procedures.
Cultivate and maintain excellent Clientele relationships with consistent follow up as needed.
Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
Ensure visual standards are maintained.

Profile

This eager and dynamic person should have a minimum of 3-5 years of fashion retail experience or customer service roles.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask is a must.
Team player and positive attitude.
Flexible schedule is preferred and open availability on weekends is required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
