Job description

CH CAROLINA HERRERA CONTINUES GROWING IN USA!!

As a Recruiter you will be supervising the recruitment in USA, searching suitable candidates based on the company adn market requirements for the different profiles in order to achieve the goals set for the company.

Profile

Main responsabilities:
 
  • Publishing job advertisements
  • Reception and screening resumes/candidates
  • Conducting interviews and technical tests
  • Training & Induction programs for new employees
  • Coordinating the induction/host plans, training programs and performance evaluation for/of the new employees with the evaluator & trainers in the region
  • Forecasting possible vacancies in order to optimize and minimize response time and incorporation of candidates
  • Checking candidates references
  • Conducting Exit Interviews
  • HC control and distribution
  • Productivity analysis, designing action plans aligned with the company needs

Profile Requirements:
 
  • Minimum 5 years recent experience in a similar roles in fashion brands
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Availability for travelling in regular bases
