Job description

Seeking a dynamic, passionate, customer service driven part time sales associate for our luxury boutique on Melrose Place. Experience in luxury retail is required.
Job description:
- Part time position
- Must have exclusive clientele list
- Sales and customer service orientated, highly motivated
- Building and cultivating relationships with customers through personal interaction
- Achieve monthly sales goals
- Maintain existing and create new strong clientele relationships / client book handling
- Listening and responding to customer needs
- Leverage skills to sell effectively to different types of customers
- Team Player
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities include:
- Building and cultivating relationships with customers
- Clientele customers daily
- Provide the highest level of customer service
- Daily tasks include receiving new arrivals, merchandising, pricing and inventory
- Comply with all sales related policies and procedures
- General store maintenance and performing opening/closing tasks
- Comply with all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures
- After closing a sale, monitor all details including: shipping, re-stocking and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep selling floor and merchandise neat, organized and stocked
- Drive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer expectations
- Must be a team player, able to develop relationships with coworkers and have excellent communication skills

Skills and Experience:
- Must have 1 years of experience in luxury retail stores
- Strong organizational and follow through skills both verbal and written
- Attention to Detail
- Solid independent work ethic and time management skills
- Keen interest in the Fashion Industry and market trends
- Comfortable with register systems and MAC/PC proficient
- Be able to multi task
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers; demonstrate an energetic, enthusiastic and positive attitude
