Job description

House of SILLAGE is seeking a passionate Manufacturing Project Manager that stands out above
and beyond their peers and can appreciate the exquisite quality of the process and the great end
product. This individual will take project ownership and oversee the full cycle of product development. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join our team and make a difference in our dynamic, rapidly growing organization.

Profile

Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the product development cycle, including proof of concept, ID, engineering,
packaging, cost, sales & marketing, tooling, QC, production and product improvements
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
Manage project budget and resource allocation
Sets deadlines, monitors and summarizes progress of projects
Prepares reports for leadership regarding project status
Manage multiple concurrent projects (usually at different stages of the life cycle)
Maintain timely communications between all parties
Oversee manufacturing and supplier development as needed (Domestic & International Traveling
required)
Builds and maintains effective working relationships with team members and other departments involved in the projects
Assess project risks / process opportunities and communicate results to House of Sillage senior
management; initiate action plans as necessary
Issues Purchase order and review invoice for accuracy
Additional duties as assigned by management

Specific needs

Requirements:
Must have 2-5+ years of product project management experience
Must have Luxury Fragrance, Cosmetics, Consumer Product, Hardline experience
Overseas experience working with Europe & Asia
Travel Flexibility (5-8 business trips per year throughout US & International)
Midsized or Start-up company experience is a plus
Logistics / shipping experience is a plus
Must possess strong written and oral communication skills.
Must have strong organizational skills.
Must possess strong computer skills.
Must be results oriented, with strong motivation to succeed.
