Job description

Key Responsibilities Responsible for overall coordination, functional management and leadership of marketing activities, efforts, resources and relations. With senior management, responsible for the development of the company ?'s end-user engagement program Devises strategy with senior management, and executes projects to increase traffic to both, internal and partner ?'s, online, social, and mobile platforms Leads the implementation of tactics to improve the digital accessibility of products to final consumers. Keeps the company ahead of new technologies that will add value and streamline user experience. Develops and manages digital campaigns to create engagement and raise brand awareness.


Basic Requirements 3-5 years digital marketing experience with demonstrated proficiency in core online merchandising techniques/technology, search engine optimization, social media and web analytics Significant experience in the integration of mobile devices into the digital strategy Experience in working with consumer brands, preferably within the intimate apparel or women ?'s fashion industry. Proven capabilities in developing online business strategy to drive customer engagement and growth. In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and digital disciplines: audience identification and analysis, targeting, experience design, digital production and online analytics Basic understanding of AI, INDD, PSD Excellent project management skills, with strong technical understanding of web environment and use of online marketing Excellent strategic thinker with superior written and verbal communication skillsCollaborative approach to developing and sharing strategy, tactics and analytics.
