A role with Target In-Store Marketing means an opportunity to shape our guests’ holistic experience of our marketing content inside our stores. You’ll drive the success of both forward-thinking projects and best practices that have a global impact on In-Store Marketing’s activities. Bring your exceptional skills for prioritization to allocate and manage projects to meet budget and timing parameters. Here, you’ll balance efficiency with effectiveness as you oversee the production and logistics for all in-store marketing deliverables.
As a Marketing Manager, ISM Design & Print, you will be a cross-category resource for the design development, engineering, and prototype execution of new and unique marketing components and initiatives. You will manage the prototype and design of new projects within specified categories and provide total quality assurance for new marketing components, ensuring design intent through production. You will focus on research and development of store formats, materials, hardware, signholders and other marketing elements that present ROI potential while providing expertise on materials and production to ISM teams. You will also have the opportunity to identify new suppliers for non-standard signing/sign holder elements, evaluate their capabilities and recommend new materials and production processes and develop new fixture/marketing tools for new and unique store prototypes and remodels. Throughout all of this, you will maintain strong partnerships with Target Properties, Visual Merchandising, and Creative teams, as well as key external vendors and ensure we are following all safety, legal, and patent guidelines.

- College degree or equivalent
- Understand Print and manufacturing of 2 and 3D elements
- Ability to critically view color
- Understand global industry, emerging materials and printing techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
