Title: Marketing Manager, Marketing & Brand Development


Company: Off-price perfume license company

Responsibilities: 


The purpose of this position is to ….. support various activities for the fragrance brands under the company's umbrella. This role will help manage all marketing functional/administrative tasks as well as provide the necessary support to team members executing larger marketing campaigns and programs in Global Marketing, Trade Marketing and Product Development



Initiate, track, and manage updates for all MDRs   
Submit rendering and artwork request forms for all artwork, manage Licensor approval documents for all artwork
Collaborate on social media calendar with PR and license team
Develop, manage, and distribute new launch and seasonal promotional project sheets to all divisions; issue weekly updates
Own the operational timelines, ensuring all key milestones are met on timelines
Attend regular meetings with creative, packaging, finance, sales admin, PR and operations as an active participant, ensuring program knowledge, good communication and adherence to program timetable
Conduct seasonal competitive analysis on new launches & promotions
Develop recommendations for product mix for gift sets based on competitive set, historical brand performance and cost of goods analysis
Assist Director in GWP development; submit seasonal vendor briefs, serve as main contact for vendors, manage internal and external approvals, collaborate with Operations team to issue POs in a timely fashion
Assist in working with license to create impactful seasonal imagery for all promotions (to be used in Coop Advertising & PR)
Create and manage historical brand promo library
Manage master seasonal promo binders
Act as global liaison with divisions to coordinate needs.  Partner with key markets with timely follow up such as lab samples, photography and creative approvals
Attend monthly forecast meetings, prepare change documents as needed
Work with supervisor to coordinate brand presentations & events
Support the team on day to day organization (meeting schedules, meeting minutes, conference rooms, team holiday schedule, messenger/Fedex, etc…)
Serve as back-up for Office Manager
Assist with expense reports


Requirements: 



4 year degree in business, marketing or an equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
1-3 years of relevant work experience in marketing, retailing, advertising, or pr environment.  Prestige or mass beauty experience a plus
An energetic self-starter who is detail and results oriented
Exceptional interpersonal skills in order to effectively source information, obtain approvals, build relationships, and provide sufficient influence to achieve success
Must know PowerPoint, Word, Excel
