Purpose of role

The Marketing Manager is in charge of the US Region. Implementation at retail and wholesale key accounts of all marketing activities, that are agreed by corporate level.Staying within the boundaries of the brands global DNA, financial & commercial objectives and local specificities. This person is also responsible for translating and executing the brand marketing plan to all local (or several) market(s).

Key responsibilities

* Marketing plans:

* Establish detailed marketing and trade marketing plans for the US network. This includes creating calendars of actions, that translate to local markets from our global marketing plan.
* Liaise with Corporate to properly plan, approve and execute final US calendar events.
* Propose and request alternative animation/Spiffs/GWP's
* Analyse local potential of the plans / actions
* Plan, source and communicate detailed marketing initiatives to the store teams (both Retail and Whs.) throughout the US
* New launches & animations:

* Liaise with Corporate to execute all aspects of new launches
* Propose local actions / partnerships for animation
* Source locally vendors to organise local action
* Monitor and feedback local best practices
* In Store + Visual Merchandising:

* Plan and schedule retail and whs. window and in store material
* Work with teams to upkeep and refresh all visuals as needed

* PR:

* Coordinate with local PR agency all PR actions
* Define with local PR agency + corporate an agreed communication and PR plan
* Monitor efficiency of PR actions
