The National Recruiter is responsible for efficiently and effectively recruiting to fill open positions throughout Market Connect Group and managing recruiters.
*Develop and execute local and national recruiting plans and create new recruiting ideas
*Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
*Screen, recruit, interview and place workers in appropriate positions
*Maintain a large network of qualified candidates to fill positions
*Manage recruiters and build relationships within the team
*Use discretion as to where to post jobs and when and manage a recruiting budget
*Perform administrative and record keeping duties
*Responsible for managing online recruitment strategies such as Paid Ad Campaigns and Facebook Ads.
*Use a variety of methods to attract passive candidates. This includes Boolean searches, cold calling, and referrals.
*Provide ongoing reports to management on recruiting campaigns, results, and other key metrics.
*Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future talent needs.
*Update and refine recruitment policies and procedures.
*ATS system administration including users, workflows, reports, and interface changes.
*Guide employees through technical issues via troubleshooting and/or training.
*Leverage social media to attract a pipeline of passive candidates.
*Manage/oversee team of Recruiters
*College Degree (BS/BA)
*2 -- 5 years of recruiting and talent search experience required
*Experience in retail, merchandising, and marketing industry a plus
*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; customer service skills
*Well organized and goal oriented
*Proficient PC skills, such as email, Microsoft Office suite, search engines, and learning internal computer systems
*Able to adapt to a fast-paced, retail environment
*Familiarity with Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Google Analytics, and Facebook Campaigns
*Experience with an ATS required - high volume staffing/recruitment
