Title: Office Administrator

Company Description: Innovative, luxury personal shopping and e-commerce business

Location: New York, New York

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing all aspects of operating an efficient office day to day

- Making any necessary travel arrangements for the team

- Planning and execution of office events

- Office purchasing: stationery, equipment, printing materials, office refreshments

- Record all office expenses and raise relevant Purchase Orders

- Liaising with internal and external IT support providers

- Basic Invoice processing both USA and international

- Trained to cover dispatch at peak times

- Support other departments with any ad hoc tasks

- Handle employee requests

- Providing insightful, friendly and hands-on approach to any task across departments

- Supporting on boarding

- Keeping office area neat and organized

- Receiving, sorting and posting all incoming and outgoing mail and shipping

- Operating telephone system in a professional manner to relay incoming calls as well as handling phone system, copier assistance, maintenance calls and visits

- Focusing on the overall culture - ensuring there are regular updates, plans and working sessions to ensure the whole team are engaged in our mission

- Responsible for any office related tasks


- 2-4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Excellent multi-tasker

- Discretion when privy to confidential information

- Excellent telephone manner and are an effective and confident communicator

- Strong Excel skills

- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

- Strong relationship building and communication skills

- High attention to detail

- Experience working with Microsoft Office or Google Drive
