Sales Executive - Part Time
Supplements NY Showroom is a leader in the fashion industry, representing the best emerging fashion brands from around the world.
This role will be to manage specialty stores and major department store accounts through a combination of showroom sales, phone and email outreach, sales analysis, product knowledge and communication.
This position requires teamwork and relationship building both internally and externally.
-Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts for each specialty store and major department store and any other accounts managed.
-Analyze business by style and by door for each account.
-Determine strategies to maximize sales growth.
-Work with accounts in the showroom, present the collection, help build assortments that best represent the brand and the customer who shops the store.
-Monitor order entry and track shipping for each account.
-Represent the core values of the showroom and communicate our initiatives effectively both with the sales team and our designers.
Maintaining the showroom displays each day.
-Assist with researching new and target accounts.
-Preparing for and participating in the the NY trade shows each market cycle.
-Experience working with Jewelry and/or accessories in a wholesale environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills
-5+ years of wholesale experience in the fashion arena
-Bachelor’s degree in business, sales and marketing, or related field.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Solid understanding of retail math including mark-up, sell-through, OTB and gross margin.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions and formulas.
