Job description

•Will manage and monitor the business of all Major accounts for both Women’s RTW lines, Isabel Marant and Etoile
•Will be responsible for the budgets and targets for these 2 divisions
•Will be the liaison between Paris HQ support departments (Customer Service, Finance, Communication, Visual…) and these accounts

•Will train and be the direct report of the sales assistant helping on her/his divisions and will challenge her/his performance in terms of in-season follow up, shipping monitoring, sample trafficking, visual merchandising standards and general account management
•Will help coordinate the organization of the showrooms in NYC and Paris (business reviews, appointments, samples,…)
•Will run market appointments and make sure all orders are properly entered in the system before the deadline
•Will organize and manage online shoots for her/his categories during Paris market and in the US
•Will oversee the recruitment and training of our DSAs and BAs in our key locations (selection of profiles, in-store training for product and visual merchandising…)
•Will coordinate sample requests with our HQ Communication department and KCD

•Will be in charge of creating all business reviews before the showrooms
•Will coordinate weekly and bi-weekly reporting to the HQ
•Will help on the market overview post showroom
•Will provide general benchmark on a regular basis concerning market environment, competition, pricing…

Animation of the distribution
•Will work on optimizing the performance of all major accounts, focusing on improving their assortment and monitoring closely their activity during the season
•Will be proactive and offer action plans during the season – reorders, marketing activities, contests, trainings…
•Will support business with projects such as exclusives, pop-ups, in-store events…
•Will make sure visual merchandising guidelines provided by our HQ are applied properly in our domestic distribution
•Will monitor shipping on a weekly basis and make sure the product hits the floor in a timely manner, partnering closing with our Customer Service in Paris
•Will work closely with Finance in Paris and communicate with our accounts on a regular basis about their credit status, maintaining a smooth shipping flow
•Will meet on a regularly basis with the Buyers for business reviews and to discuss growth opportunities (new doors, floor moves, adding categories…)
