Drive business through hands-on aggressive selling
Maximize business through aggressive clienteling
Guide and effectively train sales staff to:
oEstablish and maintain professional sales standards & sales techniques.
oEstablish brand awareness and in depth product knowledge.
Merchandising shop based on HALSTON retail standards.
Overall shop maintenance per HALSTON retail standards.
Partner with store management to provide stock support and all shop maintenance issues.
Partner with store management to assure proper staff scheduling
Identify best performers for reorders to drive business
Identify slow/poor sellers and analyze reasons.
Identify voids and opportunities based on sales trends.
Gather competitive information on sales trends, hot items and overall performance.
Daily communication with Coordinator and Account Executive team regarding selling information and all shop issues.
Communicate with Department, Group and Merchandise Managers regarding all aspects of business.
Develop relationships with key business partners within the retail location to drive the HALSTON business.
Maximize all areas of the shop, so the image of the company is presented to the fullest, through appropriate merchandising.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail within high luxury brands preferred.
- Ability to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively and review sales reports.
- Organization, creativity, leadership and a strong passion for fashion.
- Excellent customer service skills, as well as strong knowledge of the fashion industry and its trends.
