Job description

Our client, a Women’s Plus Size Apparel Brand, is seeking an experienced and professional Showroom Manager to join their team in NYC!

In this role, you will work with a creative team to develop and implement seasonal sales strategies that reach and exceed sales goals and elevate the customer experience.Your sales savvy, attention to detail, and exceptional interpersonal skills will make you an asset to their team.

You will:

•Coordinate and manage showroom appointments with individual clients
•Spearhead an efficient, customer-focused environment
•Improve policies and practices as needed
•Execute Showroom Events for new and existing customers
•Manage merchandise and inventory for the showroom
•Cultivate ongoing relationships through lead generation, marketing initiatives, and events
•Monitor incoming and outgoing pieces for PR
•Act as showroom liaison, communicating with staff, clients, and customers
•Take on additional projects as needed

Profile

You have:
 
•    At least 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
•    Impeccable sense of style and knowledge of current trends
•    Ability to prioritize and delegate effectively
•    Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
•    Demonstrated leadership skills
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
