Mission of the position:
Supports the Corporate and Retail population with recruiting and hiring. In charge of talent acquisition for corporate and retail and oversees employee engagement activities for Corporate personnel.
• Responsible for in depth recruitment processes and strategy for Corporate and Retail positions
•Develops and implements ad recruitment; places ads on line /classified as required and maintains budget
•Organize/file all incoming resumes; set up auto response for all resumes received from postings on-line
•Maintains company org chart
•Manages paperwork for all new hires, terminations, and changes of status prior to submitting to payroll
•Manages Concur and Altour travel and expense program
•Manages company Uber account
•Plans employee engagement events and activities; such as health fair, flu shot event and Corporate social events
•Oversees immigration process and visas for all foreign employees
•Works with SVP on special and miscellaneous projects as required
•2+ Years of full cycle recruitment experience working at an agency or in house
•Experience working with luxury fashion retailers
•Knowledge of candidate tracking systems
