Company:
A brand new clothing line, from a leading European vertically integrated fabric & garment company, focused on men’s luxury formal and casualwear.
Role:
The VP of Sales for this brand will be responsible for developing and managing all wholesale accounts.
Existing strong relationships with luxury department and specialty stores across the east coast and the US & Canada in general.
Securing meetings and presenting seasonal collections to clients. Attending relevant industry trade shows.
Managing daily communications with clients, following up on payments and shipments
Communicating with corporate headquarters and providing feedback on commercial, sales, competitive intelligence
Overseeing the general development of the brand

Profile

Requirements
-7+ years in the luxury menswear market, and wholesale
-Must have access to and existing relationships with important wholesale accounts, and relevant decision makers
-Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit, managing US business: command of all relevant details of the business and client needs
-Provide market relevant product, marketing and commercial feedback
-Superior written and verbal communication
-Frequent travel will be required
Compensation:
-Base salary, and competitive sales commission
