Brendratti is currently seeking a Highly motivated Client Advisor who will report to the Store Manager as part of our team in our flagship store in Beverly Hills.Responsibilities:Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and work building your clientele thru client outreach; developing new clients via appointments and consignments, informing all clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events and relevant brand initiativesEffectively using Sales strategies to help build sales (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling, etc.) to maximize each transaction with the goal to please, manage and deliver a passionate vibe in-storeEstablish strong relationships with all clients, routinely updating and maintaining client profile records, and send invites for store eventsHelp with inventory monthlymake products look beautiful In the store, change the displays on occasion,package and prepare deliveries on occasion, package items for special Clients, ship to clients directly, drop ship and ship consignments.willing to learn, gain clientele in a High-end luxury marketbe exceptional with your clients, treat them as familywork with local stylist and help them curate outfits for their clientsoperate as a true Client advisor, take charge and tailor the experience with each client to deliver an unforgettable experience in store Essential Duties and responsibilities of a Client Advisor:Achieve personal relationships and meet sales goalslearn and have exceptional knowledge of the productadvise clients on all other product categories in-store or on-line products to go with the collection pieces they are interested in or may like, be suggestivefollow store guidelines, meet or exceed store sales goalsmake connections build a lasting relationship with your clientslearn about brand products, how its made, where we are manufactured and talk about the brandassist with special request from the manage or clients, stylist etcMust Be able to open ongoing communication and positive relationship building with clients, managers and all team staff. Additional Information:Qualifications:Minimum 2-5 years experience, luxury retail preferredstrongly motivated to meet sales goals understand how to ouse POS systems and Inventory managementExcellent communication skills and with the ability to be effective both verbally and written ie: text, e-mail etc.Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functionsAbility to use Zebra printing barcode machineUpdate inventory online if necessary/neededAbility to use UPS software and print shipping lablesRTW Experience, Resort wear, Swimwear is strongly preferred, Luxury fashion background is a plus and preferredMinimum high school diploma, college graduate or similarAbility to lift boxes go up stairsBasic math skills for accurate transactions and inventory managementOrganizational skills and strong digital literacy preferredForeign language skills is great but not necessaryAbility to work and be your own boss at times, take charge be organized and timely and effective while reporting to the manager/s The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD $25-$28 plus the opportunity for commission, and employee discount/perks. *pending hours worked.please apply to e-mail: [email protected]
