The Senior Manager, Product Testing and Regulatory Compliance, is responsible for overseeing the entire product testing and quality lifecycle, ensuring all products meet stringent quality and regulatory standards. This role involves proactive collaboration with design and sourcing teams to embed quality and compliance into product design from the outset. Key to this position is the ability to identify and implement solutions for performance and safety improvements, aligning with merchandising calendars, and swiftly addressing potential quality or compliance issues. Primary Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of our product testing program with nominated third-party testing labs to ensure products meet company performance, product regulatory, and any product claims for all markets in which we operate. Ensure full understanding of all products and have a continued awareness of the most current information available. Maintain an awareness of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives. Maintain sales floor coverage and follow posted schedules with regard to area assignments. Maintain the store counters and displays and assist with store maintenance as directed by the management team Actively engage customers and assist with product selections and process all customer orders or returns.
