    The role: As the Channel Marketing Manager for Latin America Export markets for Oribe and Portfolio brands, you will play a crucial role in creating a seamless customer experience and excitement with distributor teams that will drive equitable brand presence and revenue growth. You will report into the Associate Director of Sales for Latin America and will support in the drive for further expansion by analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities. Strong preference for candidate to be located in the eastern time zone. You must be fully fluent in Spanish (speak, read, write). What you will do: Point person for regional CS&P, Brand, Education and Capability teams for Oribe and Portfolio brands Establish an understanding of the global and regional product and program offering Identify share & reapply opportunities between distributor markets and within Delivery teams Create sell-in sheets and deploy annual SME plans, product and program news to distributors Forecast NPDs and relaunches with distributors Deploy pricing, claims, assets, out of stocks, discontinuations to distributors Collaborate with regional brand teams on the local go-to-market preparation Identify distributor specific support needs in SME for each year and NPD for local implementation Work with each distributor's Marketing department Work closely with Customer Logistics team to improve order accuracy and speed Create and keep order form for Oribe and Portfolio brands current Remain up to date on Product Expertise and Training Observe and analyze Sales Performance & Program on a country and brand level Work with each country's regulatory group, being the liaison between Kao salon regulatory groups What you will need: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish. Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales and/or Business Administration, or related field 7+ years of professional experience CPG/Beauty Experience . 5+ years of Trade/Category Marketing preferred with retailers/distributors.
