Job Posting: Position Summary: The Supervisor supports the store with the execution of the daily business, customer engagement, store operations, talent supervision, and merchandising standards in the store. The Supervisor is a member of the store leadership team whose key role is the supervision of store staff and ensuring the highest level of customer engagement and sales results are achieved. They rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines from the Store Manager to perform the functions of their job. They support the leadership team in fostering a positive work environment that ensures both internal and external customer satisfaction while maximizing productivity and profitability. They provide sales-related feedback and coaches to the daily performance of associates. This position is a key-carrying position and may assume responsibility for the store in the absence of another manager. This position includes some opening and closing duties as determined by the needs of the business. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Supervision: Assists in maximizing store sales and achieving store sales goals. Monitors sales progress and results against key targets. Delegates tasks to associates as needed to maintain operational excellence. Reacts quickly to all customer and associate injuries and partners with Store Manager and Human Resources. Visual Merchandising: Ensures visual merchandising standards for the store are maintained. Human Resource Management: Regularly communicates any associate concerns directly to the Store Manager. Job Posting: The pick locations are broken into zones by the system when the schedule runs. Each associate is assigned a zone. The associate will do all of the work required for their assigned zone. The associate scans the carton barcode and the RF device directs the associate to the first location. The associate picks the designate number of garments and scans each UPC barcode to verify they are the correct garments. Verified units are placed in the carton. If the case has more picks for the pick area it is pushed down the line to the remaining zones. Completed cases are closed and placed on the take away conveyer to complete processing. Job Posting: Primary Duties: Perform a variety of tasks related to the repair, preventive maintenance and improved performance of Distribution Center equipment and hardware. Perform necessary equipment adjustments, repairs, modifications or preventive maintenance on variety of conveyor systems and powered material handling equipment. Perform building maintenance repair to various systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and other facility related equipment. Observe and/or test the adjustments, repairs, or modifications to all Distribution Center equipment to ensure its safe operation. Perform required tasks in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures, rules, and safety procedures. Maintain work orders, PMs and inventory tracking via spreadsheets, data bases or maintenance software. Secondary Duties: Repair dock doors and perform rack installations as needed. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent Technical/Trade School certificate, preferably in facility maintenance or related areas; any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered. Experience with modern powered conveyor systems, fork truck equipment, and computer-based maintenance systems is required. Proficient in electro mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC controllers, welding (MIG and ARC) and interpreting blueprints Minimum of 2 years of distribution or manufacturing maintenance experience with mechanical and industrial skills experience in HVAC Essential Duties: Ability and flexibility to work alternate shifts as required. Ability to take initiative to correct issues without direction, offer solutions to problems and support a team effort. This position works closely with the DTC brand team to properly support and manage new website sales initiatives, connecting operational excellence to the broader objectives of brand loyalty and growth. By ensuring efficient order management and prompt customer support, this position directly contributes to strengthening brand loyalty and driving repeat business for Kontoor's multi-brand portfolio. Key Responsibilities Manages ecommerce customer service across all brands, including a contact center through management of BPO. Collaborates with senior management to develop strategic objectives, policies, and plans for area of responsibility and guides execution concerning matters of significance to the organization. Owns the short to mid-term (1-3 years) execution of functional or business strategy and operational decisions guided by functional or business segment priorities and operational direction of the business, department or sub-function. After each cases is scanned then the pallet will be positioned in the trailer to stack the cases on the trailer floor or leave the entire skid on the trailer depending on shipping instructions for customer. When loading is finished, trailer door will be closed and sealed, dock leveler will be closed, and dock door will be closed. Trailer will then be unlocked to allow trailer movement.
