The Production Manager will manage 40-60 team members, with 1-5 direct reports. As the Manager, this role is expected to carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and maintain manufacturing capacity for bat components and finished goods. Collaborate with Planning, Engineers, Marketing, and R&D to ensure production build dates and sample builds are completed on time. This role will oversee paid media, email, and CRM functions to drive traffic, conversion, and lifetime value across DTC channels. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy marketer with deep expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle strategy, and team leadership, and a passion for sports and innovation Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Own the full-funnel digital marketing strategy across paid media, email, and CRM.
