Growing company in New York City that imports Men’s woven, knit, denim items is looking for Production Associate Coordinator. 3-5 years of experience in production sourcing of woven, knit denim textile experience preferred. Following Up on production and delivery status through your daily emails.Follow each vendor’s T&A chart and keep track of submissions and production status with certain time mannersEvaluating and approving fabrics and trimsEvaluating and approving fabric sand trim submission with design teamWork with design teams to check the quality issues and detail constructions of PP/TOP samplesDistribute fabric qualities & new color chips to vendors to start bulk ordersIssue PO from AMT systemCommunicate with production team and sales team immediately on any and all issues regarding product features, cost, sample quality from development samples & development fabric qualities  Working with overseas freight forwarders to approve shipmentsReviewing and approving shipping documents and submit shipping documents for payment purposes QUALIFICATIONSStrong follow up skillsAbility to prioritize and multitask with a keen sense of detailsAct as a team playerAble to multi task, handle fast pace environment, can finish products before due datesBe proactive, consider the whole picture and future steps, solve problems in a timely mannerPrefer to have experience AMT systemExcellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, highly organizedStrong capabilities in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDFCommunicate all production issues internally with the production managerEnglish and Korean bilingual is preferred
