And we want you to be a part of that! We are seeking a part-time, freelance office coordinator, to be in-office 2-3 days a week. YOUR MISSION: Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors. Greet guests, coordinate hospitality, and ensure a seamless office experience. Notify staff of arrivals and escort visitors to meeting rooms. Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Support staff with outgoing shipments and maintain shipping accounts. Oversee office supply and in-house F&B inventory including ordering, organizing, and restocking. Maintain office presentation and organization across shared spaces, storage, and meeting rooms. Coordinate food, snack and beverage deliveries to keep our pantry and fridge stocked. Partner with building management and vendors for maintenance, repairs, and service needs. Provide light tech support (e.g., printer/WiFi troubleshooting) and ensure office equipment is in working order. Assist with planning and execution of in-office events and off-site gatherings. Support logistics for our upcoming office move, including organizing and preparing office materials and product storage. YOUR SKILLS: Exceptionally organized, proactive, and reliable. You take initiative and find creative solutions before problems arise. Strong attention to detail with a professional, approachable demeanor. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, creative environment. Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 30 lbs). Collaborative team player.     About the Role This is a dynamic, travel-based sales role for someone who loves fashion and thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. Working alongside Newmark’s founder, you’ll help present seasonal collections to retailers, drive to appointments across the region, and play an essential role in helping us grow new and existing accounts. What You’ll Be Doing: Visiting independent boutiques and department stores primarily in NY, NJ, PA, MD, CT, and DE. Driving to appointments (driving is a key part of this role) Setting up and breaking down seasonal sample collections Assisting in product presentations and line showings Building relationships with store owners & buyers Participating in regional trade shows and overnight market trips Identifying and helping to open new retail accounts What We’re Looking For: Valid driver’s license and comfort driving regularly Professional, polished, and personable — you’ll be client-facing every day Physically able to lift and move product samples in and out of stores Flexible schedule — availability Tuesday through Thursday is key, plus occasional overnight travel. Periodic trade shows typically require Sunday/Monday availability. Retail or wholesale experience preferred (but not required) A passion for fashion, merchandising, and relationship-driven sales Must be comfortable with variable schedules and changing plans — this is the nature of the road!     The Opportunity The scope of the Technical Designer shall be to partner with and complement the Company's VP of Production and VP of Product Development to assist on various projects. What you'll get to do Establish and create beautiful fit on each garment, both for show sample, and for production, and to ensure design's aesthetic is maintained throughout the product life cycle. Partner with design to create measurement pages for initial proto launch (including new styles, as well as creating measurement pages for new versions of existing styles) Prepare and/or launch any paperwork/ TP's for carry-over styles Partner with design to track protos ready date Measure all prototypes upon arrival, conduct fittings with design, transmit /relay all proto fit comments to factories. Return pinned protos to vendors, when issuing proto fit comments and request any 2nd protos when required Keep detailed records of all proto measurement tables Measures in all show samples before they are tried on Review garments with design and/or production on show sample & production model as needed, to prepare for PPS launch Create size small or size 6 measurements and launch PPS with all vendors Establish CH grade rules with all factories Lead all production fittings for oversees styles and communicate all production fit comments Establish final production fit / production grading for each style while overall establishing brand construction standards (starting at the development phase). A reasonable estimate of the current hourly rate is $55/hour-$65/hour USD.
