POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supporting the S.S.C. jewelry shop by completing final stages of repair and refurbishment services on merchandise consistent with company quality standards to support sales and customer service expectations. The incumbent must work closely with other associates to complete needed repair services in timely manner that meet quality expectations. POSITION SUMMARY: The Quality Assurance Supervisor leads the activities of the Quality Assurance department. This position assists in the development and execution of Quality Assurance strategies and is responsible for the integrity and movement of the inventory. The Quality Assurance Supervisor will collaborate with the Merchandise and Inventory Control department to research and resolve merchandise inventory issues.
