    The EU IT Manager is responsible for overseeing AMIRI's technology operations across Europe, with primary responsibility for the Milan EU HQ and regional retail environments. This role ensures reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations while acting as the main liaison between EU leadership and AMIRI's Global Technology team based in Los Angeles. The position combines hands-on operational management with regional coordination and governance execution. Responsibilities Act as EU IT Manager reporting to the Global VP of Technology. Serve as the primary IT contact for EU leadership and local stakeholders. Oversee daily IT operations for Milan HQ and retail environments (endpoints, networks, Wi-Fi, AV, inventory, infrastructure). Ensure compliance with global IT standards, security policies, and GDPR. Own relationships with EU Managed Service Providers and technology vendors, ensuring SLA performance. Improve local incident response, risk identification, and business continuity. Coordinate EU technology initiatives with Global Digital Delivery, Data & Analytics, Business Applications, and IT Operations teams. Provide Level 1 support for key business applications (NetSuite, Centric PLM, LNB) and support testing and rollouts. Maintain documentation, SOPs, inventories, and operational best practices. Support and mentor local IT resources and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with macOS, Windows, networking, MDM, security, and AV systems. Proven experience managing vendors, MSPs, and service SLAs. Fluent in Italian and English. Organized, service-oriented, and calm under pressure. Experience in luxury fashion, retail, or creative environments required.Qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT operations or IT management. Experience in multi-office or international environments preferred. Strong understanding of security frameworks and GDPR.     This role will focus on supporting the accounting function for multiple European subsidiaries. Reporting directly to the EU Accounting Manager, the successful candidate has 2-3 years experience in accounts payable or general accounting, preferable if multicompany environment. He/she will gain exposure to international financial processes and contribute to the accurate and timely reporting of financial data. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day Accounts Payable flow (correctness of documents, etc.) Monitor and control the process of employee expense reports Coordinate for monthly payments Provide support for monthly cashflow forecast reports Assist in the preparation of VAT returns for both local entities and US fiscal representative Assist in managing supplier relationships and resolve any invoicing issues or disputes Coordinate with external consultants to assure correctness of day-to-day accounting entries Provide support in monthly closing activities (accruals, deferrals, etc.) Store cash reconciliation Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field Should be based in Milan to support the regional office and team. At least 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable/general accounting. Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, including supplier invoice processing, payment schedules, reconciliations, and the application of double-entry bookkeeping (partita doppia). Proficiency in Excel Fluent in English & Italian.
