YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: Oversee the lifecycle of LP service tickets to ensure timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) Follow up on all service tickets with store teams while also facilitating service calls from the field related to Loss Prevention Work with respective vendors to ensure timely response and completion of all service calls along with dispatching technicians to resolve repair issues. Issue purchase orders and create contracts with sufficient lead-time and appropriate frequency and order quantities to enhance LP field operations and ensure the safety and security of all company facilities and associates. Review and approve vendor proposals for accuracy while partnering with the Loss Prevention field team to validate the proposed expense to the individual store needs.
