Marketing Manager, Content Strategy
The Manager, Content Strategy is primarily responsible for developing PINK product storytelling across marketing platforms. 

Primary Responsibilities:
•Own PINK product storytelling, informing and influencing how it’s executed across all platforms including in-store, video, social, email, media, PINK Nation app and CRM 
•Manage content marketing initiatives and content related campaigns to drive traffic, engagement and lead conversion across all product categories
•Responsible for maintaining efficient and collaborative working relationships with key internal partners (Creative, Copy, Merchants)
•Partner with styling team to capture marketing shot list requests & maintain accuracy
•Create & manage seasonal storytelling maps based on key meetings and communications with leaders and cross-functional partners 
•Partner with core marketing team to Influence the marketing components of key product launches and seasonal strategies
•Develop a strong merchandising /product knowledge base for each season’s assortment to serve as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the core marketing team 
•Analyze content and campaign performance, present results to leadership and have a strong opinion about how campaign performance should inform future strategy


•Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
•5+ years prior marketing experience with emphasis on marketing strategy 
•Proven brand experience – retail a plus
•Creative thinker who can bring new ideas to PINK and keep the brand relevant
•Motivated to perform in a challenging, fast-paced environment
•Demonstrated ability to problem solve for tactical issues as well as proven strategic thinking 
•Must be highly organized, flexible and have a proven multi-tasking ability
•Passion for the digital space and fashion
•Ability to navigate an organization and build consensus
•Can collaborate well with cross-functional partners 
•Ability to apply analytical skills to develop insights and presentations to leadership teams
•Likes to have fun at work! 
•Customer focused
•Minimal to moderate travel required
