Job description

We’re expanding our footprint into Seattle and we’re looking for a team member to oversee and coordinate our activity for a turnkey pop-up program in the Lake Union neighborhood. This is a full-time position, requiring entrepreneurial energy and flexibility to play multiple roles, as this team member will play an integral role in laying the foundation of the program and be The Lion’esque Group “on-the-ground” execution manager for this effort. We are looking for exceptional candidates who can implement and adhere to processes and procedures that help us consistently provide impeccable client service and ensure that the turnkey pop-up space exceeds defined performance targets.

+Understand and communicate the turnkey pop-up space philosophy to potential brand tenants through authentic, friendly engagement
+ Coordinate operations and administration, including all aspects of on-boarding and off-boarding of tenants within the program space
+Strive for improvement in all areas of store operations, ensuring HQ is made aware of any issues or concerns that arise.
+Ensure you deliver an outstanding standard of client service at all times, meeting client needs, offering guidance, and managing all tenant issues
+Assist in planning and coordinating execution of periodic events with client & tenant marketing teams
+Stay current on product/service knowledge for items/offerings featured in pop-up space
+ Perform continuous client follow-up to ensure successful store performance and inform reporting to HQ and client analysis
+Support program and tenant social media via content and calendar management
