Job description

Business Management
- Responsible to achieve or exceed sales targets in all doors
- Partner with Account Executive in creating a strategic plan per door to achieve targets
- Partner with the Department Store Executive Team to implement the brand's opening strategy in new doors, keep active partnership in doors at key relevant period
- Monitor and analyze ROI on partnerships, make proposition to redirect efforts as needed
- Monitor, understand and improve KPI when needed
Plan and execute on-brand events in Department Stores to support new launches or retailer's events Recruitment and Team Development
- Recruit on-brand talents embodying the brand lifestyle and values; including partnering with Account Executive to build new teams for any new Boutique and Department Store locations
- Prepare onboarding training program, schedule, coordinate and execute training
- Execute quarterly PDP reviews of Boutique Managers.
- Develop the talent and capabilities through store visits, regular one-to-one meetings, and close coaching
- Build a team of strong on-brand associates to support sales in Department Store and to diffuse and nurture brand culture
- On-going education on brand culture, values, creations Reporting
- Provide on-going business insights on main variances from plan, new relevant competition information or new programs implemented in DS.
- Create Mid-Month action plans if variance from plan.
- Monitor and report sales weekly
- Lead and execute weekly business and educational team meetings
- Create a plan quarterly to redirect efforts if needed
- Provide monthly store Visit Reports and Sales Analysis, providing insights on KPI, competition, Department performances, and providing qualitative feedback.
- Monthly updating of Region KPI Report, detailing MTD and YTD results per store and overall region
- Updating and managing store Sales Trackers for region and per-store Store operations
- Ensure brand expression is respected: merchandising, overall look and feel
- POS support, basic IT support
- Monitor and approve Boutique team hours and timekeeping practices
- Support the Account Executive in training all teams on brand policies and compliancy
- Provide excellent stock management training/system in all doors, monitor stock during weekly visit, elevate any stock concerns ahead of time. Eliminate out-of- stock situations
- Execute inventory as needed
- Support Counter Managers and Boutique Managers in their day-to-day responsibilities


Minimum requirement of 3 years of professional experience in Multi-channel management role or Store management in relevant industry/ field.
