Job description

POSITION TITLE: Account Executive Assistant

POSITION PURPOSE:

Provide support to the Account Executive in an effort to achieve and surpass the sales and profit objectives of the wholesale sales team. Assist with daily tasks such as running sales reports, inventory reports, shipping reports, order entry, showroom maintenance and sample tracking.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Manage bulk and shipping reports process daily. Run and review reports to ensure all orders are entered properly and shipping on time. Communicate any purchase order errors or shipping issues to Account Executive and/or accounts.

Complete sales and style selling reports on a weekly basis to analyze weekly, monthly, seasonal and door sales performance. Partner with planning team to generate top line report for management review.

Process seasonal customer buys and bulk order entry. Work with merchandising and customer service to ensure orders are processed properly.

Order and manage all samples for the division. Track and confirm all samples requested are received and are accurate. Maintain seasonal sample assortments for showroom presentations. Provide samples to accounts when requested.

Prepare all necessary sales tools to be utilized for market presentations. Create seasonal line sheets for buyer presentations. Organize showroom for market appointments.

Create Ecommerce copy information for specific accounts. Provide product key selling attributes, content & country of origin.

Assist Account Executive in showroom market appointments. Assist with product presentation and making notes of buyer assortment selection and special requests.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 0-2 Years
