Job description

Fossil Group is searching for an Associate Account Executive to support our Military sales division. This exceptional candidate will serve as the primary contact supporting the AAFES & Nexcom Military accounts. Daily responsibilities will include: assortment planning, upload new products into the online portal, monitor orders and resolve account issues as needed, and negotiate seasonal financial plans with accounts. The candidate will analyze sales performance and deliver monthly recaps as well as coordinate with planning and finance teams for forecasting sales and trends. This position is responsible for developing and delivering sales presentations for account meetings. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel as the role requires heavy use of the military online portals. This individual will also be responsible for establishing strong, long-lasting relationships with these accounts.

Profile

- Proven track record with Sales Quota leadership
- 1-2 years account management experience is required
- Fashion accessory experience a plus
- 10% overnight travel is required
- Proven track record in building partnerships with accounts and/or vendors
- Strong analytical skills, relationship-building and leadership skills required
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint , Word
- Bachelor's degree preferred
