WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are hiring a Manager, Administrative Operations to lead our Mid-South Sr Administrative Assistants and provide leadership support for key visits, workshops and events.

We’re looking for a Manager, Administrative Operations who is a strong people leader, gifted at partner engagement and who has a proven ability to work in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You have strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. You have the ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and apply a keen attention to detail. You are excited to be take on new challenges, grow your skills and be constantly challenged as part of the North America Supply Chain team.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this role, you will lead a team focused on a wide range of administrative duties across multiple locations, including complex calendar management, booking travel, coordinating meetings, workshops and events, producing, editing and reformatting documents and correspondence; preparing expense reports and purchase orders; creating and ordering promotional products; updating organizational charts; coordinating department or equipment moves; and providing support to a large diverse team of people with a variety of management styles.

Your role will be focused on bringing consistency to Administrative Operations including team member development, intake processes for visitors/workshops/events and standard ways of operating across the Mid-South DC’s and the overall DC Network.

This role will have heavy and frequent interactions with all levels of leadership and will apply their strong and diligent communication skills verbally and across all written platforms to bring confidence to the senior leadership team and to communicate effectively.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

As our Manager, Administrative Operations, you will report to GM, Nike Operated Facilities and regularly interact with the entire Logistics senior leadership team.

Profile

WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor's Degree to equivalent combination of education and experience and training
Prior administrative work experience
Ability to work and communicate effectively with a variety of personalities including many senior level executives
Ability to create a strategy around team development and business results
Proven ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment with sometimes varying working hours in sites across the Mid-South (Memphis, TN & Byhalia, MS)
Proven ability to design, plan and complete large scale events and/or new processes
Proven ability to organize, prioritize and appropriately handle highly confidential and sensitive information
Experience creating high-quality presentations applying PowerPoint is required
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word; Box, Zoom
Ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and apply a keen attention to detail
Willingness to learn and grow new skills
Previous experience working with budgets is strongly preferred
Previous Nike work experience is a plus
