- Support in maintaining standard operating procedures and best practices to optimize quality and delivery time across the 3 main channels of Wholesale, Retail, and E-commerce.
- Assist as needed on critical supply chain projects supporting the roll-out of the commercialization projects as needed. Including developing Test Plans, managing the test cycles and resources through completion.
- Analyze large data sets; identify inefficiencies and make data driven recommendations to improve and optimize processes across the Operations functions.
- Provide data analysis to drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews against KPIs.
- Prepares analysis on production capacity, bottleneck identification and determining opportunities and developing action plans that will achieve results..
- Support programs aimed at reducing transportation and warehousing costs
- 2+ years of related supply chain management experience within a retail or wholesale environment preferred
- Ability to work effectively with people in a cross-functional environment
- Strong communication, multi-tasking, self-management, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerBI is a plus)
- Strong analytical aptitude
- Strong business acumen and motivation to learn new functions and expand areas of expertise
- Be able to build your case and influence at all levels of the business
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred
- Ability to travel domestically (~3-4 times per year)

Profile

- 2+ years of related supply chain management experience within a retail or wholesale environment preferred
- Ability to work effectively with people in a cross-functional environment
