Job description

Job expectations:
- Maximize store sales and profitability through the leadership and accountability of their own store as well as Store Managers within the assigned retail area and a focus on driving results.
- Responsible for leading the execution of programs that elevate the customer experience, drives revenue, and increases conversion.
- Provide leadership, coaching, feedback and regular communication to Store Managers and employees in the areas of budget/sales achievement, store performance, employee relations, employee development, and expense / staffing management. Share operational, merchandising "Best Practices" within the area.
- Regularly visit stores, review store environments and key business metrics and provide feedback regarding all aspects of store operations including staffing, selling skills, payroll planning, sales reporting, visual merchandising, stock management, expense management, human resources, safety and security, and operations policies.
- Oversee and participate in the process of recruiting, networking, selecting, training, succession planning and developing Store Managers and employees.
- Work in collaboration with Store Managers and corporate partners to develop clear, concise and detailed execution plans that ensure consistent delivery of key Company programs and initiatives.
- Collaboratively prepare and manage area level sales, payroll and operating expense budgets.
- Responsible for driving and executing brand messaging and representation throughout the area while sharing surrounding market trends, competition and promotions.
- Ensure that all Company prescribed standards are met and adhered to consistently in all stores.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; or equivalent years of experience in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in multiple store management
- Demonstrated emphasis on customer service
- Drive for results and action oriented with solid decision making skills.
- Proven success in building teams, driving engagement, and ensuring accountability.
- Ability to communicate effectively
