THE ROLE

This role is accountable for leading the Central America distributor businesses for Prestige & Consumer Beauty. Primary objective is to deliver the business results for the accounts including but not limited to market share, rankings, sell out, and full P&L management for these distributors, reporting to the VP Export of LATAM distributor markets.

This role is accountable for leading the Central America distributor businesses for Prestige & Consumer Beauty. Primary objective is to deliver the business results for the accounts including but not limited to market share, rankings, sell out, and full P&L management for these distributors, reporting to the VP Export of LATAM distributor markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver on retail objectives (market share/ sell out/ rankings).
  • Lead joint business plans with each of the distributors in the area (market size, distribution, pricing, launch results, ranking etc.).
  • Manage investments for the area/ group of customers with full P&L management.
  • Continuously identify new opportunities within area.
  • Develop strong working relationship with distributions in the area.
  • Drive commercial negotiations at corporate (HQ) and local level (markets).
  • Work with clients to maximize all aspects of business (in-store space & locations, prices, investments, promotions...).
  • Day-to-day management of accounts jointly working with all multifunctional teams (Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance and Logistics departments).
  • Forecasting responsibilities on saleable and non-saleable goods (POS material, GWP etc.).
  • Customize, negotiate, and implement marketing, launch and promotional plans.
  • Ensure that merchandising and visuals are implemented is in line with corporate and brand guidelines.
  • Able to analyze pricing and profitability for promotional activity.
  • This role will also lead sales analysis and considerations for the full region.
