Job description

As the Global ABM for Mass Fragrances, you will join the Consumer Beauty team accountable to unleash the full potential of the brand portfolio and that drives the long-term sustainable category growth agenda to deliver Coty's strategic objectives. Our diverse, dual-gender fragrance portfolio includes brands such as Nautica, Vera Wang, Katy Perry, Stetson and Jovan. In your role you will support the team in defining the brands' ambitions and strategies, develop and deliver the plans, projects and tools to achieve it and mobilize and align the organization behind the brands' priorities. Your key areas of responsibility will be the following:
- Innovation: Support the design, development and validation of scalable initiatives to drive the portfolio pipeline. Develop P&L's and build briefs for R&D Formula, Packaging and Fragrance Suppliers. Participate in Operations Meetings with cross-functional partners. Track copy and artwork approvals. Contribute to fragrance evaluation and recommendations. Own the development of Gifting programs.
- Communication: Partner with internal Creative team and external Agencies to support the development of integrated communication toolkits to support the brands and portfolio, including best-in-class digital and ecomm assets.
- Markets: Engage with Coty Markets worldwide and support Brand development and growth.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the brand and portfolio performance, trends and competitive landscape to strengthen the strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Strategy: Support Portfolio growth strategy including brand prioritization, strategic profitability targets, packaging formats, geographies, channel mix requirements, partition coverage, and pricing indexes.
- Licensor Relationships: Support the ongoing partnerships with the brand licensors, including presentations, reporting and creative approvals.Minimum Qualifications:
- Undergraduate/Graduate Degree (Business/Marketing degree preferred)
- 2+ years Marketing experience (Beauty or CPG industry preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence at all levels
