Job description

- Orchestrates all aspects of e-Commerce fundamentals to optimize performance
- Project manage with Supply Chain for Drop Ship capabilities and inventory management
- Establish and maintain commercial relationships with retailer.com and pure play in but not limited to: A+ Content, Assortments, Reviews, Search terms, Co-Op digital trade to drive conversion, and GWP/PWP
- Partner with Sr. Manager on trade spend budget
- Partner with Sr. Manager on forecasting
- Partner with Sr. Manager on strategic decisions for business development
- 5 P's: Product assortment, Pricing, Promotion, Placement, People
- Partner with technology team on product feed maintenance
- Attend and present in Commercial Meeting (S & Op)
- Joint business planning with retailer, while executing Coty strategies
- Work with cross functional teams such as Finance, Marketing, and e-Commerce Expertise Team
Assistant National Account Manager, Marketplace

Will collaborate with COTY NA teams and Global Brand team to open and develop accounts with marketplace needs.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Experience
- 1-2 years of digital experience
- Digital commercial sales experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Analytical - Capable of performing thoughtful analysis of data & report clearly
- Proficient in MS Windows (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Organized & detail oriented, time management skillset, problem solver
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and presentation skills
- Candidate preferably brings experience in a beauty products company
