P The Associate, Talent Acquisition-I&D will be responsible for partnering with the I&D Talent Lead as well as the Global TA Relationship Managers to help support the strategy development and execution of all inclusion and diversity recruitment relationships, platforms, and candidate pipelines. This person is an integral partner in managing recruitment activities and building candidate relationships with diverse candidates; the Associate, TA I&D will be responsible for identifying and assessing diverse candidates for positions across our Global Brands/Functions through strategic market assessments, effective sourcing and strong research skills. They will be leveraging programs, partnerships, and recruitment sources to develop a pipeline of qualified diverse talent across Global Brands/Functions. Responsibilities: Support the I&D Talent Lead and TA Recruitment Leaders in developing diverse candidate identification for positions across our Global Brands/Functions. They will leverage platforms, partnerships, technology and programs to assist in creating this pipeline. Includes: Partnering with I&D Talent Lead and recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies specific to diverse candidates. This includes identifying specific affiliations, groups, and networks. Assessing potential diverse candidates against target profile/criteria and presenting candidates to TA team that are worthy of further assessment - via resume content, phone screens, references/referrals, etc. Provide recruiters with ongoing status reports for open searches specific to diverse candidates. Support internal and external programming led by the I&D Talent Lead inclusive of mentorship programs, ERGs, external partnerships, and recruitment events. Recruitment data - maintain relevant reporting metrics for activities reviewing effectiveness of all university activities Track industry developments understand diverse talent markets and work on special projects as assigned. Developing diverse talent pipelines for recurring/on-going needs. Mapping key diverse talent at best-in-class target companies for priority competencies. Participating in intake meetings with internal clients and other client/candidate meetings as appropriate. Conducting candidate outreach and assessment as directed. Update candidate profiles in Taleo (ATS) as appropriate and develop search queries to build the pipeline of available talent aligned with the recruitment strategy. Leveraging recruitment resources including Taleo (ATS), search engines, social media and targeted events to identify and pursue diverse target candidates and sources. Developing creative approaches and solutions to expand the diverse candidate pool. Work on special projects as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in business administration or other relevant degree. Minimum 1-2 years of direct recruitment and sourcing experience. Strong understanding and knowledge of how to drive inclusion and equity within a large corporation Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to quickly grasp and understand brands, corporate functions and their organizations. Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail Strong interest in a career in Talent Acquisition, with the potential to grow into a recruiter role with responsibility for full lifecycle recruitment.
