ABOUT THE ROLE

The Banana Republic Loyalty team drives the rewards program's strategic direction, including acquisition, retention, and engagement. This role primarily focuses on retention for our credit card and the rewards program at Banana Republic Factory. They will manage the execution of loyalty marketing initiatives integrated into the brand's commercial planning calendar and support loyalty events. They will represent loyalty at meetings directly embedded with the brand teams. The ideal candidate for this team must have strong communication and project management skills with a keen eye for detail. They must also have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The key to this role is curiosity, a desire to learn, a keen eye for details, a willingness to approach projects with a can-do attitude, and an ability to solve problems quickly. The Associate Manager for Banana Republic Factory will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the omnichannel development and execution of loyalty marketing collateral in Banana Republic Factory in partnership with the Senior Manager.
  • Developing creative briefs and partnering with brand creative teams on the development of loyalty marketing assets across multiple platforms within Banana Republic Factory; maintains oversight to ensure creative is on-strategy and on-brand, partnering with cross-functional teams and brand stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Managing email assets and QA process.
  • Representing loyalty in meetings and cross-functional alignments, partnering with crucial brand teams to ensure execution for integration across channels.
  • Owning marketing/messaging calendar across marketing channels for Banana Republic Factory and supporting the brand calendar's loyalty section.
  • Building partnerships with brand stakeholders and issuing bank partners, drive for collaboration and shared accountability
  • Working closely with production and email partners as it relates to segmentation.
  • Supporting campaign with performance reporting, specifically pulling data for performance metrics.
  • Managing small projects and creating a project plan/structure for test initiatives.
  • Supporting loyalty team with select projects.

Profile

Who You Are
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in Marketing or related.

  • Learn on the fly; learns quickly when facing new problems; relentless & versatile learner; and analyzes successes and failures for clues to improvement.

  • Organized, self-starter with outstanding written and verbal communication skills - ability to effectively organize and share information.

  • Problem solver: uses logic to solve complex problems with effective solutions, looks beyond the obvious, and doesn't stop at the first answer.

  • Positive attitude and ability to manage change, thrive in a fast-paced environment, deal with ambiguity, and prioritize multiple projects.

  • Strong project and time management skills, handling a high volume of simultaneous responsibilities.

  • Must have excellent attention to detail and a sense of urgency

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and influence change as needed.

  • Passion for the retail/fashion industry.

  • Proficient with Microsoft suite, particularly Excel.

  • Bachelor's Degree required
