Job description

Associate Manager, Lifecycle & Personalization Marketing will support the execution of CRM marketing efforts for the Coach Outlet business, with a specific focus on lifecycle triggers and email personalization, planning and execution.

- Support manager in creating data driven, dynamic, relevant, and cohesive customer experiences and messaging
- Ability to communicate strategy and objectives with outside vendors and across multiple internal departments
- Partner with external vendors to identify new opportunities for lifecycle and automation marketing programs
- Responsible for lifecycle campaign execution with COE, which includes: delivery of assets, quality assurance testing and campaign monitoring
- Support manager in briefing monthly/quarterly lifecycle trigger assets
- Leverage reporting tools to analyze and optimize marketing programs
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and competitor activities
- Assist in brainstorming ways to optimize both the trigger email + membership programs.
- Support Outlet SMS and Direct Mail programs as needed

- At least 2 - 3 years of relevant marketing or project management experience
