Associate Manager, Management Accounts - Golf

- Support Management Group and Corporate Sales Key Account Manager with all aspects of the selling process.
- Provide the highest level of service and technical expertise each season from sell-in to sell-through.
- Responsible for all aspects of Order Entry and Shipment Status Detail inquiries
- Act as the primary internal support contact for National Management Group Partners and Corporate Accounts
- Manage the order book including working with the Allocations Analyst to have orders allocated and dropped to the warehouse, managing the necessary documentation for proper routing and shipping, order holds and all custom orders from order entry to shipment.
- Using reporting tools, monitor the validity of bulk orders as new information becomes available from Key Account Managers or sales trends. Manage bulks so they are up-to-date and valid.
- Assist in the maintaining and analysis of the Management Group Sales Reporting
- Work closely with Key Account Manager to ensure Management Group Partners and Corporate Accounts are serviced and reported on to help with critical decision making.
- Analyze dynamic inventory positions by leveraging system reporting tools, using discretion to make substitutions to products based on lead times that fulfill required technical specifications.
- Assist where needed with account pre-lines, presentations, Tour Events and new product introduction set up and repositions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with key accounts and internal departments that work with key accounts.
- Work as a liaison with Credit and Returns on the following processes: Returns, IT Transfers, Markdowns
- Back up the SSR Department as needed when team members are OOO.
- Other responsibilities based on business needs
- 5+ years experience in a customer service role, with 2+ years supporting Key Accounts/National Accounts
- College degree preferred
- Knowledge of the golf industry with both hard and soft goods experience
- Interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Demonstrated ability to recognize and solve problems involving variables of moderate complexity
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Capable of making independent decisions
- Efficient time management skills with the ability to multi-task and focus on primary business objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to successfully complete tasks within required deadlines while maintaining quality standards
