Job description

  • Responsible for the management, coordination & execution of year-long marketing plans to support the Family Channel segment within PUMA North America (inclusive of digital, social, experiential and activation)
  • Develop and execute year-long Moments in Time roadmap and strategy, including driving the creative briefing needed to create materials to launch those key moments
  • Strategize, execute, and monitor all go-to-market plans that ladder up to strategic brand objectives and sales goals to support the Family Channel in PUMA North America
  • Own and maintain external relationships with key accounts, vendors, creators and more
  • Assist in the development and execution of Kids initiatives' go-to-market plans, as well as own and drive Family Channel-specific kids initiatives to support Family Channel accounts
  • Create and maintain year-long Kids' Roadmap in partnership with a cross-functional team that is dedicated to highlighting key kids products and programs
  • Work cross-functionally with all PUMA support teams to ensure collaboration and maximum efficiencies from internal teams such as but not limited to: brand marketing, sales, merchandising, internal creative agency, visual experience, talent managers, etc.
  • Develop measurable KPIs and goals to apply to each marketing initiative that ultimately aligns to PUMA's business growth plans and objectives


  • 2-4 years' Brand, Marketing or Advertising work experience (retail marketing a plus)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

  • Dynamic, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively

  • Solution oriented thinker and demonstrated ability to problem solve

  • Strong relationship builder, internally at PUMA and externally on behalf of PUMA

  • Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, and proven ability to work independently and multi-task

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word

  • Must possess strong presentation skills

  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
