Job description

Assist in development of the overall brand marketing plans and strategies for the US market
Assist in defining and implementing all retailer marketing programs for existing products and strategies for new product launches.
Recommend innovative marketing initiatives to ensure brand growth in sales and market share.
Assist in developing, implementing and tracking events, incentives, and merchandising elements.
Collect data and feedback on promotional programs to analyze performance and ROI. Identify opportunities recommend adjustments and enhancements to future strategies and plans
Assist in managing and analyzing monthly the marketing budget by product line to ensure that it is in line with overall company objectives and mix of business
Forecast and manage all POSM materials including samples, collateral, GWP's, promo sets and adjust forecast based on trends in the business.
Communicate all POSM materials to proper cross functional teams; Brand Holder, Sales Ops, the field.
Attend retailer meetings, sales meetings upon request.
Manage coop catalog, scent, and visual needs, requirements according to the overall strategy, budget, and brand holder guidelines.
Maintain current knowledge of market place by staying in close contact with field personnel and actively seeking knowledge of the competition through store visits, trade publications and consumer magazines. Maintain competitive archive
Prepare market decks by retailer
Review sku assortment annually
Assist in managing all retailer.com initiatives with the dotcom team.
Assist in managing seasonal price increases analysis and review.
Establish and maintain weekly communication with brand holders on all follow ups, reporting and quarterly meetings.
Working Relationships/Key Stakeholders
Collaborate with Designer fragrance team and the Sell-in/ Sell-Thru Sales Teams in establishing Key account strategies that drive sales while preparing seasonal plans (for all Channels of Distribution)
Collaborate with Retailer.com team to tap into this fast-growing channel and help with assets needed to drive this business
Assist Director in partnering with Sell-thru team to ensure flawless event, visual week, and new merchandising implementation in stores
Assist Director in partnering and coordinating with retailers to fulfill promotional programs/projects by engaging appropriate resources needed to meet project timelines and overseeing asset deliveries are met
Assist Director in partnering with cross functional teams including sales, sales operations forecasting and planning
Manage relationship with License partners and brand holders.
Qualifications & Competencies
College degree, 1-3+ years of work experience in cosmetics and skincare marketing, preferably prestige brand experience
Ability to assist in developing solid trade marketing plans, programs and promotional briefs
A passionate, energetic, team- oriented individual with strong analytical, interpersonal, creative and leadership skills
Strong oral, written, communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of competitive marketplace, department and specialty store environment
A strong sense of urgency, ability to manage details and projects while responding to changing priorities and feedback
Ability to balance analytics with creativity in a strategic thought process
Ability to work independently and utilize sound judgment
Software expertise - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Fluency in French is a plus, not required
