The Associate Manager - PVH Supply Strategy, Global is responsible for supporting the ideation, evaluation, communication, and launch of innovative supply chain strategies. As part of the Global Supply Strategy and Data & Analytics team, you will support PVH's transition to a proactive & responsive value chain that wins with our consumer. The right candidate must be able to work at the strategic level to foster ideas and at the tactical level analyzing data and solving problems.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute strategies & initiatives - work closely with Global Supply Strategy team & Leadership to create action plans, facilitate communication, and track progress
- Communicate strategies & initiatives to cross functional teams & business partners through various mediums (decks, emails, charts, presentations, etc.)
- Review data to analyze various areas of PVH Supply, synthesize & inform recommendations
- Monitor latest developments in the apparel industry, supply chain ecosystem, and global geopolitical environment to influence strategic direction
- Explore whitespace opportunities, generate ideas, prove out applicability
- Drive change and influence culture
- Project management - support strategic scoping, planning, and hind-sighting, gather key stakeholders for decision-making, communicate project status
- Plan and facilitate town halls, offsites, and other forums for strategic communication to the global supply team
- Support Global Supply Strategy team in ad-hoc requests & projects

Experience:
- 3+ years' experience in consulting or corporate strategy role preferred
- Apparel experience preferred but not required
- Demonstrated leadership managing or influencing people
- Proven ability to create, implement and measure a strategy or project
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
