About the Role
The Associate Marketing Manager will be a key member of the Customer Retention Marketing Team.
This individual will play a critical role in the development of the in-season email marketing calendar and contact strategies. They will be instrumental in ensuring that we are providing the most relevant and compelling experiences across email campaigns.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is new to the marketing world and/or interested in learning the ins-and-outs of email marketing strategy from the ground up.

What You'll Do
- Own in-season change management for US and CDA email calendars
- Support campaign email team in executing segmentation strategies and A/B tests in email calendar
- Responsible for US and CDA site calendar change management
- Ownership of Mexico email marketing program
- Support campaign email team in performance reporting, specifically maintaining reporting documentation and pulling data for select projects
- Help to identify and create A/B testing opportunities and new segmentation strategies for our campaign email programs
- Partner with internal (Email Production, Central Email CRM and Operations teams) and external (email vendors) groups to ensure emails are executed flawlessly.
- Support Director of Retention with special projects as needed
- Positive attitude and ability to manage change, thrive in a fast-paced environment, deal with ambiguity, and prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong project and time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - ability to effectively organize and share information
- Must have excellent attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Strong problem solving skills with ability to build strong cross functional partnerships and influence change, as needed
- Passion for Old Navy and/or the retail/fashion industry.
- Proficient with Microsoft suite, particularly Excel.
Requirements:
Nice to Have
1-2 years marketing experience, email marketing experience preferred
Experience with email vendors (Salesforce, Moveable Ink, etc) a plus.
