Job description

Role description:The Global Online Project Manager will work closely with Consumer Engagement, Global Marketing, North America and Global E-Commerce teams to deliver best in class, innovative interactive experiences across a variety of digital platforms. He/she will work with cross-functional teams including eCommerce, Creative, Production, Product Marketing, Customer Service, Digital Marketing and Operations to gather requirements, manage the master production schedule, oversee and sign off on all deliverables and ensure that project objectives are achieved. He/she will have primary responsibility in on boarding and managing development vendors. Additionally, The Manager, Online Projects will quickly identify and escalate critical path issues and potential risks and conflicts. This person will manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain and cultivate successful internal and external relationships.
-He/She will ensure consistency of work, punctuality of deliverables and overall adherence to strategy.
-Must be detail oriented about every aspect of a project, including management of assets and deliverables.
-Assist Executive Director of Ecommerce strategizing new innovative projects
-Manage the relationship with DTIG, Online Production and vendors in order to launch and roll out new site enhancements and innovative tools.
-Work with global and regional production teams to rollout core and innovative functionality.
-Escalate competing priorities to the team and production.
-Maintain detailed project plans, identifying key milestones, dependencies, and project resource needs in conjunction with producers.
-Manage multiple simultaneous projects, manage agency resources, project status, troubleshoot obstacles, and provide outstanding communication to all stakeholders.
-Manage business requirements, creative requests and QA for PWP, GWP, and custom promos.

-Translate business and technical concepts into functional specification documents.
-Provide brand direction and guidance for development of such projects with ELC Online Production, engineering teams and external vendors.
-Manage agency builds, including estimates, timelines, calls, integration, QA.
Maintenance Support
-Responsible for assigning, prioritizing and tracking site functionality "bugs" to the production team.
-Assist, as needed, as a point of contact for site emergencies via production.
-Coordinate troubleshooting of technical problems with global production
-Identify needed resources and manage execution.
-Ensure that the business team is kept up to date on maintenance issues and expected deliverables.
-Coordinate weekly meetings with team and disseminate information from those meetings through established communication protocols.
Global Functionality
-Fully understand site features and functionalities.
-Ensure roll out kits and white papers are developed for each feature.
-Manage overall schedule for projects, features, and functionalities that are developed on the ELC platform and ensure that new releases are scheduled and launches executed with minimal or no impact to business as usual.
-Deep understanding of eCommerce mobile design and development as well as best in class solutions.
-Experience in implementing and maintaining a project plan, identifying key milestones, project dependencies and resources and managing the execution of the plan.
-Strong familiarity with CSS, HTML, Content Management .
-Highly diplomatic person who can work effectively with a variety of teams and stakeholders at all levels. Liason between all stakeholders to collect technical, creative and content requirements.
-Position requires minimum of 5+ years online production and project management experience, with atleast 2+ years of online web development.
-Proven track record of managing cross platform website projects (desktop, tablet, mobile, apps)
-Strong knowledge of all phases of web development from concept to information architecture to design, development, and QA
-An ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and influence across groups.
-Pro-active problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
