Job description

We are searching for a North America Brand Management Manager. As an integral member of the Brand Management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of world class seasonally integrated marketing plans that build brand and business impact for the Converse brand. In this role, you'll be consumer centric in everything that you do, while driving the future of the brand forward.
The candidate should have a consistent record in consumer marketing or digital marketing. We are looking for a self-starter, future forward thinker, innovator and teammate. You should have stellar communication skills, both written and verbal and have a deep knowledge of new digital platforms. You'll be creative and have an authentic passion to be connected to sport, sneaker culture and trends in the North America marketplace with a proven track record to persuade and influence people to take desired action.
In this role, you'll support the development of strategic seasonal marketing plans, briefs, concepts and creative implementation. You will own specific projects/launches within a season and lead a team to achieve seasonal business and brand goals.
With a digital first approach, you'll put the consumer at the center and obsess over insights to drive the plans forward while building and maintaining relationships with key partners within the organization. You'll partner with Brand Planning to hindsight each season to garner key takeaways for the future and develop investment approach. You will be a key partner in delivering seasonal narratives and priorities during geo-milestones and you'll be part of developing a culture of collaboration and partnership that delivers on an integrated and focused team.
We're a diverse, inclusive, innovative and hardworking team. In this role, you'll report directly to the North America Director of Brand Management. On a day to day basis you will work with cross functional teams in:
- Brand Creative
- Integrated Digital
- Entertainment
- Retail
- Brand Planning
- Brand Operations
In addition to that, you'll be working closely with the Global and Geo Brand Management team leads to find cross Geo-synergies. You'll work with the Geo Leads in Product Merchandising and sales to understand complex business issues and find creative solves. You will also work alongside peers running seasonal initiatives, as well as, with external partners to lead creative development and execution.


- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field. MBA optional.
- 6+ years proven experience in consumer marketing, digital marketing or related experience including strategy, planning and implementation, delivery and creative thinking/idea generation experience.
- Strong eye for business with knowledge of the industry and competition
- Deep understanding of consumer trends in the NA marketplace.
- Connection and understanding of the digital and new platforms.
- Deep connection to culture and creativity and the intersection.
- Experience of working cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
- Strong communication and excellent presentation skills.
- Guided with operational excellence in mind.
- Possess critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to meet travel requirements for the position
