Primary Responsibility: The Brand Operations Manager has a primary responsibility of driving total store results through the product life cycle. Additionally, the Brand Operations Manager owns coaching and development of direct reports to serve the customer as their top priority.

To perform this job effectively a Brand Operations Manager must be able to perform all the responsibilities satisfactorily.
Culture and Customer:
Executes associate retention strategies.
Personally demonstrates and provides coaching to total store through selling behaviors and observations in all zones (selling floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and non-sales area) and building customer loyalty.
Personally executes Talent Life Cycle for direct reports. Talent Life Cycle actions include; selection/interviewing, onboarding, coaching/performance management, succession, reward and recognition, and culture/engagement.
Identifies personal successor and co-creates individual development plan for direct reports.
Supports brand initiatives and strategies (Sales Education, Launches, Events, Brand Promotions, and Product Testing).
Executes short term sell through strategies with use of visual merchandising filters.
Maintains visual merchandising standards of total store.
Leads team processing and replenishment.
Responsible for merchandise flow standards, assessments, inventory and backroom organization.
Executes in-store out of stock exercises to identify gaps in product availability.
Works with Sales Leadership Team to determine payroll management and take appropriate actions.
Completes monthly associate availability check-ins with direct reports to ensure availability meets business and associate needs.
Owns understanding shipment visibility to ensure processing payroll is scheduled to meet product flow demands.
Leads execution of all store projects and compliance; including physical inventory, markdowns, re-tickets, and other non-selling related task.
Reinforces store strategies to reduce shrink.
Conducts audits on cash wrap paperwork (cash returns, post voids, cancelled sales) in the absence of a cash wrap manager.
Personally owns partnership with maintenance and tracking and follow-up of all maintenance issues.
Ensures assignment and communication all cleaning tasks (dusting, window cleaning, trash, etc.) across total store.
Owns organization of cash wrap including supplies, bags, tissue and MPOS charging stations.

Schedules required brand initiatives and strategies, Sales Education, Launches, Events, Brand Promotions, and Product Testing for entire store.
Schedules brand guide planning, mapping and execution plan for the overall appearance and presentation of merchandising strategies each business unit.
Executes all workforce management requirements including; schedule creation, entering in events/fixed schedules, editing, and posting.
Inspects associate availability, scheduling practices, and zoning of total store.
Approves all associate requests off.
Inspects payroll coding for accuracy and makes daily, weekly, monthly decisions to manage labor plan.
Owns understanding shipment visibility to ensure processing payroll is scheduled to meet product flow demands and adjust schedule appropriately.
Primary owner of Asset Protection (AP).
Complements Monthly AP Assessment and drives a weekly AP focus.
Shares Key Performance Indicator reporting and builds capability of entire store team around physical inventory outcomes.
Determines operational and product life cycle planning for store and drives business growth though short term and long term actions that focus on improving merchandise availability.
Sets weekly direction for product life cycle activity which include; processing, backroom organization, replenishment, and sell down.
Inspects product availability and backroom organization, executes in absence of Brand Operations Supervisor.
